Maia Ismail

Princess Alexandra Hospital, Queensland Health

Maia Ismail is a Senior Clinical Pharmacist in cancer services and continuing education coordinator for the Queensland branch of Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha).

She is currently completing the Registrar Training Program in Oncology and Haematology at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

She has worked across both community and hospital settings, with areas of practice in both regional and metropolitan centres across various areas of clinical pharmacy before specialising in oncology and haematology. Maia is passionate about providing education and improving clinical outcomes to cancer patients and providing equality of access to health care.
