ADVANCED STREAM

The COSA CPG Advanced Course 2026 is a must-attend event for experienced oncology pharmacists seeking practical insight into the most complex and rapidly evolving areas of cancer care.

The program aims to include a headline debate: AI in Oncology – Friend, Foe or Future Colleague? Explore whether AI can enhance decision-making and reduce error, or whether safety, accountability and de-skilling risks demand caution.

Across focused didactic sessions, experts will deliver updates in neuro-oncology (gliomas and primary CNS lymphoma) and tackling supportive care in these patients, MDS, and precision NSCLC — from molecular testing and targetable mutations to sequencing, toxicities, CNS activity, and real-world access challenges. Dedicated sessions will tackle safe implementation of bispecifics, and the growing field of cardio-oncology, including risk stratification, surveillance, and prevention strategies.

Interactive workshops will bring learning to life through real-world cases in supportive care, precision NSCLC, primary CNS lymphoma (including HD-methotrexate toxicity and renal impairment), and cardio-oncology.

Designed to be practical, contemporary and clinically relevant, the COSA CPG Advanced Course 2026 will equip participants to confidently manage complexity and deliver safer, smarter oncology care.
